I for one was planning to buy GTA V during the Christmas sale but now they lost my trust, my respect and a new game sale. This is an unacceptable abuse of power and all it has done is piss off and alienate their old customers from becoming new customers this holiday season. However, just a week ago, GTA IV was fully updated, thus leaving ASI loaders (-x-l-i-v-e-l-e-s-, and dsound) and the ScriptHook files that you need to run any mods COMPLETELY USELESS until said ASI loaders and ScriptHook files are updated for the 1.0.8.0 patch.
